1. Access and correction of your personal information

When we process your request, you need to provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity. Once we confirm your identity, we will process your request free of charge within a reasonable time as required by law.
 
2. Delete your personal information
In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your personal information by email and provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
(5) If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to agree to your deletion request, we will also notify the entity that obtained your personal information from us and request it to delete it together. When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete the information when the backup is updated.
 
3. Withdrawal of consent
You can also withdraw your consent to collect, use or disclose your personal information in our possession by submitting a request. You can complete the withdrawal operation by sending an email to Service@yison.com. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receiving your request, and will no longer collect, use or disclose your personal information thereafter according to your request.
 
VII. How we handle children's personal information
We believe that it is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise their children's use of our products or services. We generally do not provide services directly to children, nor do we use children's personal information for marketing purposes.

VIII. How your personal information is transferred globally
Currently, we do not transfer or store your personal information across borders. If cross-border transmission or storage is required in the future, we will inform you of the purpose, recipient, security measures and security risks of the information outbound, and obtain your consent.
